Motorscooters

The Motorscooter

The motorscooter has become the default mode of transportation in many countries around the world, the most notable exception being the United States. This site is handled by scooter enthusiasts for the purpose of expanding motorscooter usage throughout the world and especially in the U.S. Easily ridden by a child, a woman in a skirt, or an aging couple, and clearly the least expensive form of motorized transport, it is a vehicle that opens the road to all members of society. At the same time, the scooter ranges comfortably from purely utilitarian to highly stylish and is sometimes simultaneously basic and flamboyant without being tainted by any of the stigma attached to motorcycles.

Unlike motorcycles, many of which cost as much as a car and make a lot more noise, motorscooters tend to be unprtentious ideal alternatives to fuel guzzling SUVs. Boasting mileage of 90mpg or more, the fuel savings alone justify the decision to transfer some driving to a scooter and provide a very attractive return on investment. See Motorscooter Enthusiasm.
